The only problem is Mr. Dailys firm was representing Chesapeake, thru an attorney named mark Moll. So I hate to say it, they are part of the corruption. Mr. Daily personally may know nothing of it. My attorney definitely committed mal practice, I am beginning to think that is going to be my only option left. He represents SWN. It really makes me sick that 6000 acres of mineral rights have been gained thru corruption, in Arkansas and a family that does not by law own them is receiving 250 K a month, the CNG companies didn’t care who got royalties. They just did not want to litigate the breachs on all those leases with this family, and release to the correct owner such as myself, so they just made sure myself and another man lost The State of Arkansas is involved in this corruption, starting at Senator Mark Pryor, Governor Beebe, on down the list. The operators in Arkansas own it. The judge in my case has gone from bankruptcy to the high life, he saved these operators millions by rescinding, his original verdict.
