Laura is a Certified Professional Landman with over 39 years of experience in oil and gas. She is also recognized as an oil and gas expert witness by the 42nd Judicial District Court, in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana.
Laura founded Ilios Resources in 2004 to bring a much needed personal touch to mineral rights transactions. Laura wanted to build a company founded on relationships, not revenue, at all costs.
She succeeded, and Ilios has been delighting mineral owners and buyers for well over two decades.
Since its inception, the company has identified and purchased over 650,000 mineral acres within the ‘sweet spots’ of the hottest plays in the country. Plays such as the Haynesville Shale, the Eagle Ford Shale, the Bakken Shale, the Marcellus Shale, the Woodford Shale, the Permian Basin, the Wolfcamp, and the Bone Springs.
The company holds the highest A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. It also has an outstanding reputation among operators.
